Together, we'll work to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical strategies for navigating life's challenges, and build on your existing strengths. My goal is to help you leave therapy with greater self-awareness, confidence, and skills that continue to support you long after our sessions.
My approach is client-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices designed to fit each person's unique needs. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.

“Where Compassion meets clarity.”
Amanda Rozell, LMHC-D
Owner and Licensed Mental Health Counselor
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and grounded in genuine connection. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with curiosity, compassion, and an understanding that lasting change happens when we understand not just what we're experiencing, but why.
Background
Amanda Rozell, LMHC-D
Owner and Licensed Mental Health Counselor
As a clinician, I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, and life stressors. I also strive to provide culturally responsive care that honors each person's unique experiences and background. Whether we're building practical coping skills, exploring long-standing patterns, or improving emotional regulation, my goal is to help clients gain insight, feel more confident, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marist College and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary College. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and I'm a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
