  • Your first session is an opportunity to get to know, discuss your goals, and review your history. We’ll work together to create a plan that meets your needs and answer any questions you may have about the therapy process.

  • Yes, we work with adults ages 18 and older. If you’re looking for therapy for someone under 18, we can help provide referrals.

  • Each therapy session lasts approximately 55 minutes.

  • I only offer online sessions, which allows for greater flexibility and makes it easier to accommodate clients who live far away or have busy schedules.

  • Yes, due to licensing and insurance regulations, you must be physically located in New York State at the time of your session

  • I currently focus on individual therapy and do not offer couples or family sessions. However, I’m happy to recommend providers who specialize in those areas if that’s what you’re looking for.

  • Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process, and I encourage clients to consider whether they feel comfortable, supported, and understood when choosing someone to work with. I strive to create a compassionate and collaborative space where clients feel safe exploring challenges, building insight, and working toward meaningful change.
